Push Hard Now for a Better Tomorrow

Hey everybody it’s time for another tip. I’m talking to those of you out there who, when you work out, you’re pushing but you’re not really pushing. The problem I have with that is if you’re not pushing now what do you think is going to happen two three to five years from now? When it’s going to be harder to work hard? My advice to everybody out there is “give your workout a hundred and ten percent whether it’s a moderate workout a hit workout or yoga whatever it is give a hundred and ten percent give everything you have now.” If you wait till another day that other day might not come and you might not be able to do it so work hard work smart.
