The Shape of Things to Come

The Shape of Things to Come involves weight intervals with short, high intensity cardio drills. It is a challenging and time efficient way to get fit. Each muscle group is targeted in a type of super-set arrangement before going on to cardio and returning for a second and final set of that specific body part. This workout is designed to sculpt and tone the entire body and not necessarily to gain muscle mass and strength.
*The DVD offers added options: e.g. for those who are just starting out choose \”Menu Options\” and start with \”One Set of Weights Only\” before adding more.
Equipment Needed: 5 and 7lb weights, a step is used but not required.
