“RAW” Fitness Ladder 2 is designed to burn calories and increase muscle definition for a leaner, fitter you!
This 60-minute workout is comprised of 12 moves performed back-to-back without rest. Once all of the moves are completed, the order is then reversed to take you back up to the top of the order. With two sets of all moves completed, Kelly and Noelle take you back down the ladder of moves for your third and final set of all exercises.
