Cardio/Sculpt Fitness offers a complete workout which includes fun and challenging cardio, effective upper body sculpting, no-dread lower body toning and abdominals. Nothing is missed in this workout!
Format: A warm-up is followed by 5 unique training sections. Each has a cardio segment that is followed by 2 sets of weights for the upper or lower body. A short cardio burst packs a punch between these two sets before going on to the next section. After all 5 sections, abdominal work is done to rock and roll music from an up and coming rock group. The variety of the moves makes this ab work effective, but the music makes it enjoyable. The workout concludes with a full-body stretch to send you off to conquer the day.
