Reccomindations

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good Kelly DVD's?? I Like that her workouts seem intense but not overkill and not to lengthy. Any recommendations are welcome and appreciated.

Well, I like lower body mat work. But possibly total body.

Just wanted to write that you can't go wrong with any of her workouts they are all excellent.

Mbg, what results did you get with Build & Burn and what was your rotation with it? Great job!

I followed the recommendation on the back doing one workout each day, with a light cardio day and usually adding a day of legs. Since the workouts are shorter than most, once I got through a couple of weeks I tried to add on a short part specific workout when I had time, such as pairing the lower body Tabata workout with stronger/leaner lower from Body Design. I saw more definition all over, but specifically in my abs, legs, shoulders, and arms. I have been working out regularly for years, but am relatively new to Kelly’s workouts. I wish I had discovered them sooner because I feel accomplished and energized rather than depleted when I have finished one of her DVDs, and I am finally building muscle!

Thanks, mbg. Those are wonderful results, thanks for sharing with me. I do notice more muscle definition especially in my arms when I do Kelly's workouts regularly. I actually think that's a great idea to combine one of the Build & Burn workouts with a segment from Body Design! I love the Body Design dvd too.
