Belated Happy Birthday, Kelly. :)

After a little attitude adjustment, I started getting up at 4:30 instead of 5:00 in order to get five 60 minute workouts in each week. I was wrong to dread this. It really hasn't been too hard. So this week I did:

Monday-
Athletic Conditioning Vol. 2 workout 1
Cardio Quick Fix 2

Tuesday-
Total Body Kickbox 1 & 2

Wednesday-
Lean Body Circuits 1
TLC 1

Thursday-
Build and Burn Trim and Tone Intervals
Meltdown 2

Friday-
Slim Sculpting 1
Bonus Step from Strength and Stamina

Now if Old Man Winter would please just go away, I could add some 5 mile bike rides in the evenings and on weekends.
