Good Memorial Day to everyone.
My schedule has gone out the window, with the kids home and out of school. Lots of activity, but not much actual training. I did take time to follow a raw coffeyfit video, kickbox contouring this morning. It was a great way to start the morning. :). Last week I did a quick bodyweight circuit at the park with the kids. It was fun. :) Fit in an early morning jog once as well. Short, but good. Need to work on my consistency, but we'll get there. :)
