Hi Mari. Glad to see you back. I hope you enjoy running. I can run in short little hurts but I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and my left is actually partially torn and running for a long time or for a long distance is out for me. This is part of the reason boxing appeals to me... not so much running.

I get a little lazy in the summer and just stop planning my workouts ahead of time. I know Monday, Wednesday and Friday will always include some kind of strength training and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are cardio days. I just wake up and decide what I want to do just before I do it. This week:

Monday: Athletic Conditioning Vol. 2 Workout 2
Tuesday: Cardio Pump 1
Wednesday: Upper Body Time Crunch from Strength and Stamina
Today: Meltdown 2

I think tomorrow will be Lean Body Circuits. Enjoy the rest of your day.
