Good morning! Today I did Body Design and chose Bootcamp Cardio and Upper Body Strength. I like the music in the bootcamp cardio segment--it reminds me of a James Bond movie. :)

Hello!

I did Split Sessions Lower Body today. My legs were fried!

I don't have the 2 newest workouts (yet :D). How do you like them, Michele (assuming you have both)?

I love both of the new DVDs. My favorite is Meltdown 2, the Tabata boxing. I love having that 15 minute workout option with Body Design, as well. On weekdays, I'll often tack on a shorter workout in the late afternoon, usually a short premix from another workout, but these 15 minute workouts give me more options.
