Check-ins gone silent

Hi all,

I used to post in the check-ins too.. but then gave up on it and now came to have a look at it again as I am getting back on track with my workouts and eating - and I noticed this part of the forums is abandoned :cry:

I have started one of Kelly's rotations. Did yesterday Lean Body Circuits 1 and today TLC 1. I track my workouts with my Polar watch (and MFP). So I'm thinking if someone on this forum would like to "share" workouts on either of those (Polar Flow or MFP), feel free to PM me. Or if you are up to start check-ins here again :)

Hi Mari!

I'm still here, still doing Kelly workouts 6 days a week! I'm using today as my rest day because my daughter is having a sleepover in the room where I do my workouts. Yesterday would have been my usual rest day but I did the Upper Body Time Crunch premix from Strength and Stamina.

I'll keep checking in if you will. :)
