Hi Ladies!

Have done two workouts this week:
M: 21 Day Fix Cardio
T: Turbo Barre (upper body/band/ballet legs/calves)

Am down two pounds this week yay!

Congratulations, Wendy!! I'm laying off the bread, myself, but it's hard with all these tomatoes around. I am eating them plain and in salads but I'd love a tomato sandwich or a BLT. And the woman who hosted LCR last night served pizza. Really good pizza with crispy crust. I had a piece.

Yesterday I rode my bike and did CQF 1. Today I just rode my bike.

More canning today. My garden is not slowing down.
