Good morning, ladies.

I've been eating whatever I want and as much as I want for about a week now. Time to return to reality, and my workouts. Today I did CQF 2. It was still raining when I got up so I skipped my bike ride.

Time to start canning. My kitchen counter is covered with tomatoes and my fridge is full of cucumbers.

Hi Michele!

Today was Cathe's Turbo Barre (ballet legs and calves portions) for me.

Also doing the 21 Day Fix portions/eating plan. We'll see if this jump starts the weight loss...
