Hi all!

Okay, Monday was off, last night was Muscle Definition #1. I won't workout tonight because I have my writing group, but hopefully can go strong the rest of the week to get five in!

Good Afternoon, Wendy.

Yesterday was a premix from Lean Body Circuits: Boxing and Upper Body.

Today was a Firm workout: Cardio Step Mix. This was the first time I did this workout and never thought I could get through 45+ minutes of step aerobics; somehow, I did it and hope it doesn't show up in a rotation for another year!
