Good morning. No bike ride today. It's been storming/raining since yesterday afternoon. BUT I did do LBC 2. I love these workouts more each time I do them. So fun, so new. Great stuff!

I've been pickling and freezing a lot the last two weeks. Right now we have:

beans
tomatoes
cucumbers
squash and zucchini
onions
okra

Peppers are beginning to turn red. No eggplant yet. I have enough to keep me busy, believe me.

Today's workout was LBC Combined with No Hi Low. I love LBC!

Let's see, I've done:

Tue: ME #1
Wed: OFF
Thurs: Cathe Cardio Supersets

Tonight I'm planning to do ME #2. I haven't done this in a looooooooooooooooong time and it made me sore!
